How do we treat your privacy? The personal data you send us when purchasing tickets, requesting promotional material or subscribing to the KVS newsletter will be stored in a KVS database. This data will allow the KVS to regularly inform you about our activities. The KVS may use the personal information you provide for administrative, promotional and direct marketing purposes and for management of the ticketing service. In accordance with the law protecting personal privacy, you have the right to access and modify the data we hold about you. The KVS is responsible for processing your data. This data may only, in extremely exceptional circumstances, be made available to our non-commercial partners. You may refuse this right by contacting our communications office. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The KVS acts as the organizer for KVS performances and events. The KVS also acts as a service provider with regards to ticket sales for KVS performances and events. In addition, the KVS acts as a service provider for those renting its accommodation. The KVS cannot be held responsible for changes made, by organizers and those renting its accommodation, in data, location, price or event cancellation. Our products (including tickets, merchandising materials, etc.) remain our exclusive property, both intellectual and material. Consequently, any reproduction or imitation of such property is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to resell tickets or to provide tickets to a third party on a commercial basis. The law gives you the right to inform us by registered mail of any dispute concerning an order within 7 working days of having received your tickets. Once this period has expired, the tickets will not be exchanged or refunded. All VAT and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser. In the event of a dispute, only the Brussels courts have jurisdiction. Belgian law applies. The client acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions upon payment of reserved tickets.
