The KVS is showing its own outstanding work from the last 10 years in Box
and Bol. Because these productions deserve a long life, but also because
they still touch on topical themes. Such successful productions as Raymond,
Missie and Het Leven en de werken van Leopold II of Gembloux, but also
forgotten gems and productions only shown for a short time, such as 313
/ Misschien wisten zij alles, Schitz and Rue du Croissant. So it's the
perfect opportunity to discover (or rediscover) some very varied creations
by an equally divers range of theatre-makers at the KVS.
A parallel universe of memories, visions of the future, fears, dreams and nightmares constantly affects reality. In a world where everything can be hired, all the solid ground is swept away from beneath our feet. This sounds like life itself.
The first work created by a young director, put together like a real rock concert, giving a bittersweet response to the question of whether we can be the heroes of our own existence.

Sprakeloos op de planken (La Langue de ma mère sr scène) is a powerful monologue Lanoye has distilled from this book and which he, a veteran performer, will present on stage himself.
