Light is a dancer. Sounds strange? Come and see how it works. Deep Are The Woods is a 40-minute performance. Hand-in-hand or alone you go on an adventure through a dusky world where illusions are created with light and smoke. The light follows you, embraces you, explodes … you and the other visitors change its shape and atmosphere as you pass by. Dream away: dance with us!

Eric Arnal-Burtschy takes inspiration from natural phenomena, like the sun on the horizon or light filtering through the leaves. Deep Are The Woods offers a magical experience for adults and children of 2 and up. Perfect for a Sunday visit to KVS with the whole family on Sunday, Kunstendag voor Kinderen! 

Eric Arnal-Burtschy studied history, philosophy and geopolitics before turning to the arts. His work investigates universal elements like movement and space.  Be swept away by this intersection between performance, digital and visual art, where light is the star.
