Minuut Quartier is an annual film festival organised by D’Broej. Children and adolescents give their imagination free rein and make lively short films no more than two minutes long. They proudly show their work on the big screen on a proper festival film night. Together, these films present a kaleidoscopic image of Brussels.
The tenth Minuut Quartier festival will be a special one! This year’s theme is ‘film classics’. But in new interpretations: a change of closing scene, re-enacting a scene as closely as possible, reinterpreting the title, making a 2018 version of a 1950s film, playing the music oneself, parody, a horror version, you name it.
