In CASCADE, Meg Stuart and seven dancers search for ways to resist the arrow of time. In complex rhythms and structures, they propel their bodies and imaginations to a new time-space, a different reality where the inevitable can be commemorated.

Balancing on the edge of uncertainty, the dancers wonder what kind of dream they must give up in order to keep dreaming, what kind of body they need to keep going. CASCADE is a freefall into the maelstrom of time and a surrender to what we do not know about the other.

Scenographer Philippe Quesne collaborates with Meg Stuart/ Damaged Goods for the first time. Brendan Dougherty composes the music.
