Elaisa van der Kust

Elaisa van der Kust (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) started her dance training at the age of 16 at PACT +Dance before Art & Entertainment College Amsterdam. 

She also trained at The Institution Formation Professionnelle Rick Odums in Paris and furthered her dance training at The Ailey School in New York City as a Scholarship student. Elaisa performed works by Ronald K Brown, Hans van Manen, Marcus Willis and Danielle Polanco. She was featured in the 2017 Vogue You're So Vain video.
 
She was apprenticing for Ronald K. Brown/ Evidence A Dance Company before joining Urban Bush Women for two seasons in 2019. Elaisa is currently based in Belgium as a freelance dancer/performer and works with Dieuf Dieul, a West African dance company based in the Netherlands founded by Mass Diallo a Senegalese dancer/choreographer.
