LOADING BAY KVS BOL 
Unloading on the square behind the theatre, adjacent to 7-9 Arduinkaai. It is closed off with a chain and padlock. The key to the padlock can be obtained at reception and after parking should be returned there immediately. Anyone who parks in this area must leave a note of their name and mobile number inside the windscreen because cars sometimes have to be moved!

TRUCK PARKING KVS BOX
It is not permitted to remain parked on the courtyard at 25 Vaartstraat as it is a fire escape. When it has been unloaded, the truck can be parked on the square behind the theatre, which is closed off with a chain and padlock. The key to the padlock can be obtained at reception (7-9 Arduinkaai) and after parking should be returned there immediately. Anyone who parks in this area must leave a note of their name and mobile number inside the windscreen because cars sometimes have to be moved! 

CAR PARK FOR PERFORMERS
as from 7 pm there is plenty of parking space on Arduinkaai and Hooikaai and payment is no longer necessary. There is a very limited number of spaces on the square behind the theatre, but they are not freely accessible (a key is needed to drive in and out, and after reception has closed and in the weekend it is not always available).

LOW EMISSION ZONE (LEZ)
The Low Emission Zone is applied all days of the week, 24 hours a day, on the entire territory of the Brussels Capital Region. This measure prohibits certain vehicles to drive in Brussels. Check in advance if your vehicle can circulate: www.brussels.be/lez

TRANSPORT
if you need any help organising transport from the airport or station to the theatre, please mail the production manager in charge of your project.

KEY CARDS
Badges are essential for moving around the building! Email the names of the people who will need one to your production manager. If the periods when people need to be in the building differ, please note the period next to each name. Please inform the performers that the badges have to be picked up at reception. Do not forget to return your badge by the end of your stay at KVS. Badges can be handed in at reception, the designated badge dropbox near the dressing rooms or with our night porter Jamal after reception is closed.

LUNCHTIME CATERING
KVS Café offers soup, sandwiches and hot meals. The café is also open to the public and can get very busy. So it is requested that you book in advance if more than 4 of you want lunch. There is also a staff canteen, but because it has a limited capacity it is not always possible to lunch there and this must in any case always be arranged in advance with the production manager (soup & bread: 3 €; soup & hot meal: 8 €).

EVENING CATERING
On the evening of a performance it is possible to have a hot meal provided in the performers’ canteen as long as it is arranged in advance with the production manager. On other evenings (rehearsals/setting up etc.) there is no catering in the evening. For a full list of restaurants in the area, look below.

DRINKS
Water, coffee and tea are always available in the performers’ canteen, free of charge. A wide range of drinks is available at KVS Café on the first floor at KVS BOX (11 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri). For each evening performance, each member of the cast and crew receives two drink tokens from the KVS (worth 3 euro each) for use in any KVS café. Please mail a list of names for the tokens in advance to your production manager. On the day you arrive the tokens will be ready at reception and the tour manager or company leader can pick them up there and hand them out.
