During the last preparations for the lecture, he has various encounters with a Slovenian porn actor. The discovery of blood on his hotel room wall leads to the surfacing of gruesome details of a violent murder. The ire of Narcissus is a fascinating and risky journey into the confusing labyrinth of the self, language, and time.
Sergio Blanco is one of Uruguay’s most prominent theatre authors and directors. He composed this text, an autofiction, for lauded actor and theatre creator Gabriel Calderón, who plays the author masterfully.
