When our stages are empty of performing artists, our accommodation is entirely at your disposal! You can rent these rooms for an inspired presentation, captivating workshop or dazzling reception.

A talk, exhibition or performance: anything’s possible. And all in the setting of this historical theatre (in the BOL, FOYER, TOPBAR or TOP) or the modern building on Arduinkaai (in the BOX or BOXBAR). Both buildings are easy to reach and are part of Brussels Special Venues.

If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Tim Vanhaecke via events@kvs.be or +32 472 93 48 55. He will help you make your event a great experience.

From a simple lunch to a more elaborate reception or buffet formula: KVS helps you spoil your guests.

Thanks to our in-house KVS caterers, you can enjoy a worry-free celebration, networking event, or presentation moment. They take care of the festive and culinary side of your reception, coffee break, lunch, (walking) dinner, and more. Working with an external caterer is possible, but in that case, we charge a commission on the total invoice.
