  • In person: You can book tickets at our box office, Arduinkaai 7, 1000 Brussels, between 09am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. You can pay in cash, using Bancontact, or with a credit card. You will receive paper tickets to take home.

Can I exchange my ticket?

Yes, you can exchange your ticket for a different performance of the same production. However, this is only possible if there are seats left for your chosen date.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your ticket for a different production or a voucher.

Tickets are only refunded if a performance is cancelled.

Can I pay with gift cards?

Absolutely! At KVS, you can pay using the following gift cards:

These gift cards can be used both at the ticket office and online.

The performance is tonight. Can I still buy a ticket?

If the performance is not sold out, you can most certainly book a ticket. These are available online until one hour before the performance starts; after that you can still come to the evening box office until half an hour prior to the start of the performance

The performance is sold out. Can I still get tickets?

When a performance is sold out, you can register on a waiting list one hour before the start of the performance. You can only do this in person, not over the phone. There is no guarantee of a seat, but there is a good chance that you’ll be able to attend.

IMPORTANT: if you are on the waiting list, you can only pay your tickets in cash on the spot.

You can always try your luck on Ticketswap, maybe someone is selling their ticket(s) there!

Do I have to print out my ticket?

We encourage you to refrain from printing tickets. Just have the QR code scanned from your phone at the entrance of the theatre.

Tip: Use the Ticketmatic app. It makes it quick and easy to find your tickets, guarantees that they’re valid, and lets you share them with your friends in no time.

You're welcome to visit our KVS Café during the day. Read more about it on this page.

Coming to a performance? The BOXBAR (for shows in the BOX) or the Foyer (for shows in the BOL) opens one hour before the performance and remains open afterwards. Enjoy a drink before the show starts, or stick around for a chat afterwards.

In a city like Brussels, good food is never far away.

I was pickpocketed during the performance.

Of course, we hope that this won't happen, but you are on KVS premises at your own risk. KVS is not liable for any stolen goods.

I slipped and hurt myself during the performance.

The KVS personnel will assist you as best as possible. If necessary, they will call a doctor or an ambulance.

Air quality in the auditorium

All our theatres, offices and foyers feature up-to-date ventilation systems. We use 100% fresh filtered outside air, not recuperated air. This means that all inside air is always 100% abducted to the outside (part of the heat is recuperated through a heat exchanger). This ensures that the CO2-concentration remains low.

Our air and heating systems receive regular maintenance. We guarantee proper functioning of the installation and timely cleaning. The systems are also checked by an external auditor yearly. This includes the air handling units, air ducts and boilers. Filters are renewed every 15 months. The ventilation system is internally monitored daily by our infrastructure manager.
