In 2025, marking the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, Ras El Hanout presents an engaged theatre production that transforms memory into a living act: Srebrenica, The Reverse Path.

Inspired by the commemorative march in Bosnia, this project evokes the fatigue, the pain, the silence, and the encounters that shape this annual journey in tribute to the victims.

Back in Brussels, writing workshops transformed these experiences and the testimonies of Bosnian survivors into intimate and collective texts, carried by the voices of participants and artists.

On stage, words, gestures, songs, and images intertwine to offer an artistic and civic journey. More than a performance, Srebrenica, The Reverse Path is a work of memory and resistance, where theatre in Brussels becomes a tool against oblivion and for dignity.
