All red lines in Gaza have long been crossed. This must stop. We are calling for an immediate ceasefire and the safe entry of humanitarian aid. Here we are gathering initiatives that support this call.

Israel is bound by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Humanitarian Law, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention Against Torture, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Genocide Convention. There is nothing left.
That is the reality. And if we do not condemn it, if we do not hold it accountable, it will catch up with all of us—sooner or later. Gaza will not only remain an open-air graveyard for tens of thousands of innocent civilians, but also for international law, human rights, and our shared humanity.
The facts no longer tolerate silence.
If we want to protect humanity, we must defend it when it is under attack.
And that moment was yesterday, the day before, two years ago, five years ago, ten years ago—far longer. But in the absence of having done so earlier, let it be now.
– Liesbeth De Cock, human rights researcher & philosopher

Take Responsibility as an Organization
KVS has already spoken out for an immediate ceasefire, supports Artists4Palestine, and is committed to becoming an Apartheid-Free Zone.
This process means thoroughly scanning all areas—not only programming, but also suppliers and external partners: cultural partnerships, sponsorships, financial flows, and intersectionality.
If any of these actors use their resources—directly or indirectly—to support apartheid regimes or human rights violations, partnerships should be reconsidered and alternatives sought.
The current focus is on Gaza, but the principle can extend more broadly to global patterns of injustice.
